Returns and Refund Policy 

At Fashionblooms, managed by Chronmile Technologies Private Limited, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfying shopping journey. Throughout this policy, the terms “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Chronmile Technologies Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “customer” refer to the purchaser. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and accept the return and refund conditions described below. If a product needs to be returned, the guidelines are detailed clearly for your reference and convenience. 


Return Eligibility Criteria 

Returned products must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original state, including intact tags, labels, and packaging materials. 

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging components must be included exactly as received. 
  • Items that show signs of usage, washing, or any form of alteration will not qualify for return. 
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours from the delivery date by contacting our support team. 
  • Any product failing to meet these conditions will be rejected and sent back to the customer. 


Procedure to Request a Return 

Step 1: Submit a Return Request 
Send an email containing your Order ID along with the reason for return to chronmiletechnologies@gmail.com, info@fashionblooms.in. 

Step 2: Provide Evidence 
For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, please attach clear images highlighting the issue to ensure quicker evaluation. 

Step 3: Adhere to Return Guidelines 
After approval, you will receive complete instructions regarding the return shipment process. 

We retain full discretion to decline any return request that does not comply with our stated conditions. 


Refund Review & Processing Time 

Upon receiving the returned item, our quality team will examine it to confirm adherence to return requirements. You will be informed regarding the approval or denial of the refund. If approved, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. A notification email will be issued once the refund is successfully processed. 


Partial Refund Policy 

If a returned item only partially satisfies return conditions, such as missing accessories or slight damage, a partial refund may be issued based on our internal assessment. 


Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items 

Should you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting photos or videos must be emailed to help us resolve the matter efficiently.
